2021 Legal Clinics

The 2021 Legal Clinics are a continuation of the free legal clinics that have been conducted throughout the First Chancery District since 2014. At the clinics, local attorneys volunteer to provide legal guidance for low-income people who are seeking to represent themselves in court because they cannot afford to hire a lawyer. 

You must be a resident of one of the following counties, or your case must have been filed in one of these counties to qualify for this clinic: Alcorn County, Itawamba County, Lee County, Monroe County, Pontotoc County, Prentiss County, Tishomingo County, Union County

Free legal assistance is offered concerning:

• Child support

• Modification

• Custody

• Visitation

• Guardianships

• Divorces

• Emancipations

• Expungements

• Name changes
